+1 on google sheets. Doesnt cost anything, can do it like you want to, can share it and or anyone can edit
There's one little detail that you haven't mentioned.
Last time I checked, anything that is on Alphabet Systems (IIRC Google's mother ship company name now) storage place there by you - - - - THEY OWN.
Even better you give them permission to do their data mining on that information.
That hasn't meant much to date - - - but are you positive that its going to stay that way?
(If they are big enough to give you something they are also big enough to take it away is the saying that's ringing through my brain right about now.)
