Head north, 30-36" of ice and plenty of snow to go around. The big eyes have been elusive but plenty of eaters to go around. I hope we get dry as the last 3 years of wet are getting old!
Its not the main part of the lake that I am worried about. Its the access to the lake and the bridges/ice heaves out a couple miles. I have been fishing Mille Lac all winter. Have been catching lots of mid 20s fish, but have yet to crack 28". |
