Last winter was very mild with little snow although we had quite a bit of rain in nov/dec. I second the thought of the weather pattern changing since California has been so dry and we've been really wet the last 5 yrs and now they've had record rain fall. I've forgotten what an inch of rain looks like. Its either .10" or 5".
Beginning to feel a lot like 2012......
