Every year is different. Twenty years from now you may be saying "remember the year that started like 2012 and ended like 2015." 2012 was a great year for us. Had a bad dry weather scare but had a good crop overall and the prices to go with it. Like two years at once money wise.
2012 would have been great to have good yields. Most of the corn belt burnt up. Minnesota had very good yields and some other places did too. Can't imagine how nice it would have been to get 230 bpa corn at 7-8$!
