NW South Dakota | in the bathrooms, put extra studs in areas where towel racks, clothes hooks, toilet paper holder and grab bars (for when you get old and decrepit ) are going to placed. More electrical outlets in living room /family rooms (you never know when the wife is going to rearrange the furniture and all the outlets are hidden). Don't put bathrooms too close to where people gather( kitchen/dining area) and if you have to put the bathroom adjacent to these areas......put in a noisy fan! | |
