Even xmas dinner and so. Instal water, sink, outlets, ceiling fans, tv, with lawn furniture or older furniture. The house itself doesn't need to be near as big if for you and family. Remember kids will be out sooner than you know. Even a small bathroom in garage. Put 220 in for extra stove. Think of miniature small town community building. I even use mine for meetings ordering seed and chemicals or managers. Ours is about 40 x 40. Could even use a roll of cheap carpet to lay out if thought necessary. Plus all above mentioned. |
