west central Iowa | Probably hard to find, and I suppose the person doing plumbing and electrical is supposed to be licensed now, but the guy that built our house pretty much did everything himself with one helper. I also helped when I could and also helped him on other projects, it really helped keep the cost down. We had most of the basement only had to lay a few rows of block, but he did that too. We did like another poster said, built the main structure as well as possible and didn't get carried on frilly stuff. | |
