| I was told that if you are going to rent housing get $1200 per month with first and last plus equal deposit up front. If they can't pay that let it sit empty.
So far I have had decent luck with commercial property. ROI investment depends on what you think the property is worth. If you figure what my lawyer told me I am making around 100% LOL. If you are figuring what I have been offered I am clearing 34%. If you figure what it would cost to build new I am probably closer to 4%. | |
