Here in NJ there is plenty of taxpayer money to be made in low income housing. The state shoves it down towns' throats, so they help fund them in various ways. My advice, just based on observations, if the state is not requiring low income housing don't do it. One development can ruin a school district and then goes the town. If the state is requiring it, stall stall stall.
