Hutchinson Kansas		It all kind of depends on how old your son is but if he is 20+ I think I'd counter that with "fine rent some ground and do it your way!"

Fwiw I am 26 and very much agree with your viewpoint on it. I don't own any yet but I am positioning myself to change that in a year or two.
