Central IL
Bought a vr capable BBI last year for our first spreader. Got along great! We started sampling our own this year and making my own rx's with SMS advanced using their equation analysis tool. I use the rates from the U of I agrony hand book but put on a minimum of 100 lbs of a particular product, no matter the soil test. My spreader is just single bin so we spread dap in front of corn and potash in front of soys. Figured we'd run over all our acres once a year instead of half our acres twice.
