+1 Always have managed rented farms as though I owned them. The only time I manage fertility differently on a rented farm is if I have a sharecrop landlord who constantly beats me up over their expenses being too high. Even then I usually apply it like it was my own and prepare for the verbal beating, it usually only lasts for 5 minutes or less! lol
