maybe overweight on tag but unless the elevator recorded the vehicle id and /or trailer id and or fifth wheel setting and # of axles and distances between axles and also the drivers license of the driver for each ticket. I don't know how an elevator ticket would be valid evidence for overweight on axles or bridge or would hold up in court with an impartial judge.
