You are one tough lady Debra, that picture looked painful but we know the end results will be worth it! I've been traveling most of the last two weeks and it's showing at 193 this morning. Food is everywhere and my willpower to resist it is not as high as it was six months ago, funny how our brain works sometimes. Thanks
