Same farm as t-boss SC IA | I was very surprised this morning that the scales said I had lost 1.4 lbs. I was not a good girl yesterday at all!! But...the scales don't lie...right??!! That puts me exactly 1 lb from my goal & if I make it great...if not...I'm fine with where I'm at right now. The goal is to maintain this weight...give or take a lb or 2! We are going to a 9-11 party this evening with tons of good food. Oops...maybe that 1.4 won't stay off very long! Thankful for the cooler weather right now. I can't imagine not being able to open a window to enjoy that!! Have a good week everyone. |
