| Good for you and your two pound loss Dutch. Keep working it and the scale will go down. I read what Lowell said about being able to open your bedroom windows. I think you better do that ASAP. I often think about our son's fire and he was able to get out the front door, but he said if that would have been ablaze, he would have had to go out his window. Besides, now that your weather is cooler, wouldn't you want to open those windows up and get some fresh air in. Have a good week. | |
