Your family is warm, dry, and safe. That's what matters (:
It's a starter home and that's ok, gotta start somewhere. Raising a family and building a business takes time and a trailer can serve a purpose.
Dh and myself lived n a trailer when we were first married. It had some idiosyncrasies but those r the things we laugh about now. "Remember the winter when the darn cats kept digging under the house trying to get warm and they would make crazy noises at night?"
"Remember when condensation collected n the dryer hose and it would glug- glug when we ran the dryer?"

"Remember when we replaced the water heater and it was full of gravel....man that was heavy!"

Actually, the trailer kitchen was laid out better than the one n our house. I miss having the laundry at the back where we come in. Nothing's perfect!
