| We are looking at a house that the basement is caving in. The house is in poor shape inside to fix it to make it liveable, however if I took the picture window out, remove the floor in front of it and start filling it with sand tell its full, remove the rest of the floor use it like that for storage.
Let the sand settle before concrete the floor.
Any one do such a thing?
What's your thoughts?
