waterloo iowa | Agree with cbass,I got 6 inches of rain the one weekend I was gone and had an inchor two in the whole basement,if the utility room was lower it would not have gotten to carpeted rooms.
Side note don't be in a hurry to put in sidewalks and permanent steps,,have seen settling issues where steps are tilted away from house and sidewalks have edges sticking up an inch at each seam where they brought in 6 feet of fill | |
