Same farm as t-boss SC IA | I had that week that my scales said I lost 2 lbs & then I forgot to weigh last week so just skipped over it. In that time period those 2 lbs lost went back to my normal weight I've been at. Both dr scales that I have been on in the past 2 wks have been spot on with my scales at home. So put those 2 lbs I lost back in the plus column & then that puts me right at where I've been stuck at for some time. All I know is...I asked what I weighed this time last year & it has been a total of 14 lbs for a year. We'll start at that point now!! That's how I've corrected my sheet anyway! |
