swohio | Yes sorry to hear about the knee, good to hear about the rain. Hope we get some tomorrow, sounds like hot temps. coming. Well what disappointing week for me. Somehow grained almost 3 1/2lbs. I knew once the extreme work slowed down that this is going to be tough. I do swear that overall I feel better. Maybe a pop a week. Just going to keep working on eating less. Very hard when have great cooks around and summer cookouts. Will finish spraying beans this week. Be glad to get out of fields for a little while. Good luck to everyone this week. Went up to 231.8.
