Iowa | Good luck with the knee. It must be frustrating to get sidelined like that. Perhaps it will be easier to cut food intake when you are not needing the energy to be so active. You just had a tremendous week for weight loss.
I'm still on what roughly amounts to the slimfast plan with two shakes a day and one regular meal. The level physical activity has been getting ramped up along with a little bigger meals and more snacks to fuel the calorie burn. I'm down 2.2 lbs for the week.
