central - east central Minnesota -

kirk - 7/12/2016 06:05 calcium, potassium, and sodium are required for muscle contraction and relaxation if I remember correctly from A and P class. Milk has the first two and most of us get plenty of sodium. Milk in the evening usually keeps the cramps away for me.

If you Drink (alcohol), stop . . . .. .  then start flooding the body with water. As replied, potassium, calcium and sodium in balanced rations are needed for the mussels to work correctly. All starts with proper hydration and the sports drinks work, but need to watch the sugar in them, as now they make them sweet to acquire the user/drinkers. You body needs plenty of water to work correctly.
