NW Wisconsin | When I'm out fencing or cutting brush I sweat something fierce, water runs out of me like a sprinkler. I know that night I will be waking up several times that night with leg cramps that will put me right down. I do replenish with plenty of water during the day.
Tried the potassium thing with no results, vinegar water, bananas etc. The best thing I've found that works for me is taking a couple of magnesium citrate pills that evening a few hours before bed. I get them from Swanson. sleep through the night now.
