Same farm as t-boss SC IA | I had an appointment with my podiatrist a couple of weeks ago & asked what I could about the cramps in my legs & feet that I have so bad a lot of times. The 1st thing she asked me was if I drank a lot of water. I do most of the time. On the days I don't drink as much...that's when I get them worse. She also told me to take magnesium but I honestly don't remember what dose she told me to take. I was thinking 600 mg but I'm not certain about that. I haven't taken any of it yet as I've been loading up on water lately & haven't had as much trouble. I have tried the potassium thing & it didn't help me. That's not to say it won't...just not for me. Drinking a lot to water is what works the best of anything. I'd rather get up in the night to go to the bathroom than to deal with cramps in the night! |
Leg cramps.......anyone know how to avoid them painfull
