They are under control now with Potassium pills...They use to be awful, hardly anyone has an idea now much pain is involved...Hundred in a bottle, less than $5 at a big grocery store...Maybe 2 pills a week, then skip a week, etc...Amazing how much one little pill can do to counter immense pain.
Leg cramps.......anyone know how to avoid them painfull
