Maybe we need to go back to Old Testament Justice..... Eye for an Eye, Tooth for a Tooth, Limb for Limb, Life for Life.
If you decide to drink and drive, fine. If you are in an accident and someone gets killed, your life is taken as well.
If you are in an accident and someone loses a limb, you lose a limb as well.
Maybe that will cause people to ask, "Is it really worth it?"
For those that don't cause accidents, no problem. There are no consequences.
But for those that do..............
