mn		it is all about the MONEY now days. and saying it is about safety is a bunch of bull$hit. I know of one guy that had a few in the bar, got into the car and drove home, the cop followed em, put car in shed and was closeing garage door, cop drove on the yd and then picked em up. now if it was about safety why not pull em over before the 10 mile trip home ? why do they sell single cold silo's in c stores ? most do not know but you can get a dui just on one beer, the .08 is a for sure thing , but under the influence is " under the influence " and if the cop thinks you are under you are under. it is up to him. yea we need cops, or should say we need cops that know and understand the law. most are just people with a badge and a gun that what ya to be scared of em. same goes with a lot of dot dudes out there. if ya get a ticket for anything get a lawyer also. it is truly amazing on how little the dash cams work when you want to fight in court and the charges ( ticket ) gets dropped.
