Not sure how that size of tire compares to 30.5-32. A nobby 30.5 will barely work. The tires run up against the row. Some damage to sidewalls over time. If your tires are larger, I think u will need to get duals or a smaller cart with smaller singles. I ran a Kinze 840 for a few years with 30.5-32.Not ideal but it worked.
