As per my original post, they are "open" bags that I filled with the seed that was left in my hoppers. They have fluency agent (like talc) on them and can't be returned.
Perhaps I should do a germination test in a few flower trays in the front window before planting that year. Prolly also do one now so I have a decent benchmark to compare with.
