I read they were paying to much in your environment and how was this any different then high priced rent ? Looks like you had solved the problem alright. They never thought of that. No farmer who paid to high priced rent never thought of that either. Ever here of the word competition....................Yes you made the problem way to simple. That's how I see it. Yes..........the last post I deleted that involved you that after given more thought.........it just wasn't worth it. No doubt this isn't either.
