The secret has been out for a while that Marubeni is disappointed with the purchase given the return on investment to date. I would draw a comparable conclusion given their most recent actions. Big difference between on the verge of financial failure and reorganization due to a desire to increase net income.
Marubeni is a well respected trading house with a solid financial position. To really gauge the long term viability of Gavilon, it would be prudent to research and review Marubeni's financials not make assumptions based upon a change in upper management.
