All I can say about those type of questions is I vividly remember Sept 08 and watching Lehmans and Bear Stearns gasping for their final breath. From that point on I knew one thing about other people that we deal with, and that is, we know nothing about other people we deal with. Kind of sounds like they are paying too much in your market..... How's that different than guys that are paying too much rent?
