The info I have heard is that the return rate that was promised has not occurred. Like Kevin M linked to, the bet was made on huge Chinease corn exports. It is less of money problems and more of a problem of not hitting a specific percentage number on the profit statement. Sort of like wanting a 20% return but only making 10%.
