North Missouri | The problem I see with a skip generation trust is the potential for problems in leverage. If they do not own it they can not borrow against it and they also do not get the benefit of appreciation of the land value over their lifetime for their retirement. They may have gotten use of the land but I bet somewhere in their lifetime they may have a rough time if they had not purchased other land themselves. Might just take one downturn in AG economy | |
