Subject: RE: Estate Planning Attorney's

What YOU save in taxes your great grandchildren will spend ten fold on legal fees trying/having to break it up.... One kids gets to farm it and 30 second and 3rd cousin's get to tell them how to farm it... I get what you are trying to do, but when it all comes down to it land is all about control.. Who ever controls it will do well.. But at some point you have to give up control, so why not give control to the kids now as apposed to "X" years after 2 generations are dead???????? That way they kids can make a move to better themselves and you still avoid the taxes....... You would not have gotten where ever you are today if you worked in a family/whole neighborhood of land trusts.. Talk about capping the top to those that want to achieve........ These trust will be the worst thing to hit agriculture in the next 30 years.. Just wait.......
