Yes we are on a 800-1100calorie for a year or more until we hit our goal weight. Once goal weight is achieved we move a 1400-1800calorie maintenance diet. Since we are eating such few calories. You really have to watch your diet and pick foods that are high in protein and lower in carbs and sugar. They stress protein first, veggies second and then can have some carbs if you aren't full yet. Im able to eat anywhere from 3-6ozs per meal now.
