BENTON, MO | Those are some good tips on how to go to a Super Bowl party and not pig out. Me, I like celery, cauliflower, and broccoli with dip so I'll just try and go light on the dip and not eat much of the things I should stay away from. Tea, coffee, and water that I use with some type of Stevia flavoring will be my drinks of choice so i am good there.
Had a good week with a 3 pound loss. That's good after a couple of weeks of staying the same. I enjoy eating low carb, just wish there was something else I could find besides eggs for breakfast. It would be nice to change up every now and then. |
