Findlay, OH | weighed myself yesterday after my workout. 267.2. started at 293 back last fall. pretty happy so far with progress, but it has been a lot of work. i started logging all of my miles on a phone app, and i ended up with 20 runs for a total of 70 miles during january. sometimes i think that i should be losing more weight than i am, but i think i actually need to eat a few more calories. seems around 2000 calories a day is where i see my biggest weight loss while i'm working out.
