Change yes, everything requires change at some point.
Growth is another thing entirely.

Some of the happiest , most secure farmers I know are the ones who chose NOT to grow their farms the last 3 or 4 years, but instead have stayed out of the land wars, saved their cash and not spent money on new paint or high rents. |
