Well I like comical things too, but in this case it is not funny, being the father of a steroid dependent daughter who has ASTHMA that pickup owner needs to be fined $10000000000. That crap could cause a lengthy hospital visit, or death., now is it still funny???
If you Father had to live one day in BEjing China or Cali Colombia he would be dead the next day .. I agree it's stupid to smoke that much but around the World there are whole Cities that have air pollution so bad you can't breath..
When I was a kid it would make you sick to dive down I-94 through Gary IN and into Chicago .. the air in Chicago was just plain bad.. yes the USA has a lot less air pollution than int he past //
