ESD | If it hurt as bad as mine during some work or any activity that just didnt feel quite right its time. I waited to long as well and payed for it. But your best bet is straight to an orthopedic surgeon from the get go. He does alot of sports medicine im sure, as mine did and your hard labor has beat it up just as bad. They are good and they will help tremendously. One thing I skipped to go fishing is therapy. DO IT DO IT DO IT!!! If you dont you will feel it later no matter how you treat it. Im still pretty young and didnt care for it the way i should have and i wished differant now. All in all get it done and get it done right and treat it as your new baby boy til its ready to work right along side of ya. My health depemds to much on my lifestyle and like i said im young still and i cant chance that. Hope this helps and good luck! | |
