Would call farm land in this part of ILL steady- 30% off the peak prices. @ the peak similar type ground was from $10-$15,000.
Same type of ground @ present for the most part is in the $10-$12,000 range.
I would agree, and say its roughly the same here but our highs were 8- $9,000/ ac.
There has not been many land sales recently, most of the land with a for sale sign on it is priced at those highs and dosent seem to move.
My above comment on the 10-%15 decrease was based on current realistic land values,
