IMO land values in the coming year will be more dependent on int rates and the amount for sale in a given area vs what grain prices do. Don't see much of a possibility of much coming up for sale in my area.
Don' know what what all the ramifications will be going forward on farmland values in this area. The farm operation that has been the main farmland buyer in this area over the last several years, is going to operate in a different fashion going forward as the two brothers look to be parting ways.
