BENTON, MO | Doing good with the foods we are eating because its things that I really like. Breakfast is usually sausage and eggs, try and cook the eggs a little differently sometimes so I won't get tired of them. For lunch we eat a good salad. We have been doing that all summer, but now we leave out the grapes and a few other things and add in non sugar and carb items. For supper my wife does a good job of using different meats and vegges that we like. Just cut out the potatoes and breads and no deserts. Eat all I want till I'm full. Never go hungry and can't believe it works. Today after church we went to Ruby Tuesdays and had the salad bar(very good) and a petite sirloin, just not the cheese biscuits. Hard to believe you can eat like this and lose weight. |
