Welcome back John, had to check back in my book to see where you were and the good news is that you didn't gain everything back that you lost. You are still 13 pounds down from when you started back in March. So now with your six pounds lost this week (great job by the way) you are at 19 pounds lost. Keep plugging away at it and you will get this. Good luck and keep going.
