Well I better get back with the program. Spent two weeks in hospital in August, then layed around house for 3 weeks eating whatever was handy. Then sat in combine for fall and snacked. So I was back up to 338 last Monday. This morning I was down 6 lbs, to 332. I will focus pretty hard on it now with regular hours again. J
