| Gods morning all
241 today. Up from last week, down from 2 weeks ago but looks like a maintain for a month.
Really noticing different weights depending on the day I weigh in, as Friday morning I checked and was 2 lbs lighter. So best not to check too often for me and it really depends what I'm doing all week and the night before!!
I've been walking extra now that harvest is done and the weather is still hanging in so I can keep outside. Extra 8 miles yesterday but been trying to average 4 miles a day.
Getting real tough to lose anymore never mind keep off what I already have.
Wife and I are going away for a bit so will miss next weigh in and hope I can stay steady for the One after
