Jerseyville,IL | I would agree about visitation being set . But that being said lets discuss who's supporting the child .
If you don't support your offspring then you have chosen to give up some if not all rights to say in said child's life.
If father is supporting child including parenting responsibilities then he has right to input . If the mother is doing it on her own or
with outside support IE ( family , or state aid ) things change.
And yes I have seen where father want to be involved but was froze out by mother .
Either way the best way was marriage before kid .
I do feel sorry for the kid in the end.
Just the way I see it.

It's dad's baby too. Family get together? Reunion or 5or6 people? Not going to hurt the baby to see grandma/grandpa but they have no rights, dad does. Did mom choose to non bottle feed so dad couldn't see baby? Don't put stranger things being done happening to keep kids away from dad. Agree above needs to be visitation established. |
