| Thanks for all the advice! As a single dad , I understand putting the differences aside! I'm a lucky dad, as my kids ages 16 year old daughter who is now with a newborn and twin boy and girl age 9 live with me 6 days a week! They spend one night a week at their mothers! We are respectful to one another! I don't say bad things about their mother , makes no difference if they are present or not!
I believe the young man is being pushed by his mother to have his time!! I'm all for dads rights( see above) but in my opinion a baby one week old doesn't need to be going to family get togethers to be show and tell objects!! The health of the baby should come first!! I have opened my house to him and his family for visiting as often as he would like, don't know what else I can do!
By the way doctor advised against it at its visit yesterday!! | |
